At SculptPeptide, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for product returns, replacements, and refunds. By placing an order on our website, you agree to and accept this policy.

Eligibility for Return or Refund
We offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return or refund, please ensure that:

  • The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • You contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • You have a valid order ID and proof of purchase.
    Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Reporting Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, you must report it within 24 to 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
When reporting an issue, please include:

  • Your order ID
  • A detailed description of the issue Clear photo and/or video evidence showing the product condition or the issue
  • Once verified, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. In these cases, SculptPeptide will also cover any applicable return shipping costs.

Standard Returns (Non-Damaged Products)
If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage, defect, or shipment error:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request approval.
  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from your original payment amount.
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Approval Process

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us by either:

  • Filling out our contact form on the website, or
  • Emailing our support team at alex20067@sculptpeptide.store with your order ID and issue details.
  • Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return shipping warehouse address via email. Please do not return any product to our business address, as it is not used for returns.

Refund Timeline and Method

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Transit Damage or Missing Packages
If your package is lost, damaged during transit, or items are missing from your shipment, richardsonalex@purepeptidesfactory.com will cover the return or replacement shipping costs. Please report such incidents within 48 hours of delivery with proper evidence.
